Highlights of my skills, which are not limited to, are:

· Communication: Communication is clearly critical for any career, but it’s especially important when studying human behaviour being a research psychologist, I am able to effectively describe observations and portray my findings well.

​

· Research: No matter what your role in psychology, research will play a critical part. Whether you are conducting your own experiments and want to see if they have been performed before or are trying to help a patient by seeing what other psychologists have experienced, knowing how and where to find the information you need is critical

​

· Ethics: As with any profession that takes care of people, we as psychologists have an enormous responsibility.

 

We have the ability to change people’s lives and are frequently dealing with people at their most vulnerable. I have a strong ethical code which is important to ensure the safety and well-being of my patients.

 

My objectives are to teach undergraduate psychology and multicultural competency professional development. My educational doctoral thesis is on the topic of multiculturalism and client-counsellor alliances. I am also maintaining occupational competence in educational technology, and educational psychology as well as creating and maintaining a professional development plan.
