Problem Statement - Professional Development can be inconvenient and boring. Professionals complain that many CE courses are a waste of time and don’t effect their job performance in any significant way. Online CE sessions save travel time and can be completed whenever and wherever the professional feels comfortable.

Context - As an educational resource manager, I propose an action research project that seeks to determine the effectiveness of a professional development mobile app that will provide a convenient method of obtaining Continuing Education (CE) credits to practicing mental health counselors. A variety of art-based exercises are offered on the mobile app.
